My wife and I just completed the purchase of a home in Estero and Art David was our broker. Since we didn't know anyone in southwest Florida and had never spent time in the area, it was a difficult process. In addition, I am not the easiest person to satisfy.

Having purchased and sold many properties both residential and commercial in the last twenty five years, I found Art David to be the most competent and professional broker I have ever dealt with. "Last year, when we decided to put our coach home up for sale in the Naples Lakes community, Sharon and Art were recommended to us by our neighbors who had successfully employed the Davids to sell their property. We spoke to Art, but we decided to go with a "discount" broker instead, and we entered into an agreement and proceeded to do our own open houses. We found that this was not a satisfactory way to sell our property. Then we enlisted the services of a neighbor, who has his own local real estate brokerage. After several months, we were still on the market. Needless to say, we were not very pleased with their efforts either.

We contacted Art and Sharon and let them know that we wanted "results." They promised to do all of the "things" that realtors are supposed to do and more; but because of our recent experiences, we insisted on having the option to cancel the listing at any time.
